In Blüm Skincare reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

CODES OF CONDUCT AND SERVICE

My goal is to provide excellent customer service, with the utmost respect and care for my clients.  However, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.  I aim to facilitate a safe, healthy, and healing environment for all.  Any level of misconduct or harassment will not be tolerated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment.  This is a courtesy to your therapist as well as other patrons. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with any retail skincare product purchased through this site, you may return for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be shipped via USPS.  There is a flat shipping fee of $7.00 USD on all domestic orders.   International shipping rates are the exception to this when applicable.

The Site may contain links to third party web sites and services, including social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and others. In Blüm Skincare is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites.
