First time visit and intakes: Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time if it is your first visit. You will be asked to fill out a health intake form before your session.
Late arrivals/cancellations/"no show" appointments: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you think you may be running late, please email, text, or call. Texting is preferred. We will do our best to accommodate the appointment within the allotted service time previously scheduled.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us outside of 24 hours. If you are unable to do so through the online scheduling system, please email (reply to any appointment reminder email), text or call. We reserve the right to charge for no call/no show appointments. Cancelling the day of the appointment will result in a $50.00 cancellation charge. You will be responsible for the full cost of services for a no-show. Repeated no-shows will require pre-payment for booking any future appointments.
Payment: You may pay with cash, checks, or all major credit cards as forms of payment. Full payment is due at time of service. If you are paying with a gift certificate, you must have the gift certificate information readily available.
Tipping: Please know that while gratuity is accepted if offered, it is not required or expected. The cost of services is reflected in the flat price.

I aim to facilitate a safe, healthy, and healing environment for all. Any level of misconduct or harassment will not be tolerated.
